Return/Exchange Policy

 

 

Due to sanitary/health concerns and regulations, there are no returns on our hair. Extensions may only be exchanged if there is an error on our part (i.e., wrong lengths shipped) and the extensions must be in its original packaging, with no sign of use or wear. If you notice there has been an error with your hair order, you must contact our shop within 3 days of receiving your order.

*Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal standards, health regulations and/or hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from its original packaging and is used in any visible manner, or tampered with -- the exchange policy will be voided. This policy also applies to intimate apparel, such as, swimsuits and/or bodysuits, for hygiene purposes, we do not allow return of these items.
