Order Processing/Shipment:

Please ensure that your mailing address is accurate and current in PayPal as we are not responsible for delayed/denied shipments due to your shipping address not being reflected accurately.

You're address must be PayPal verified or we have the right to deny the purchase made through Paypal.

Signature confirmation will be required for all purchases, the person receiving the hair should be the person signing confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends and/or holidays. All orders received after 5PM will begin processing the next business day.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. If you order on the weekend your order will begin processing on the next business day. 

Shipping time takes an additional 3-5 business days after processing time. We do not offer overnight shipping presently.

Once your payment is processed, tracking information will be updated via Paypal.

We are not responsible for product damage made by carrier while in transit to you. We advise that you protect your purchase by purchasing additional package insurance to ensure that your purchase remains protected.
